- Final Decision Making: FBT provides recommendations based on data provided by the client. The final implementation of any succession plan or governance structure is the sole responsibility of the business owners.

4. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The FB Transitions (FBT) shall not be liable for:

- Inter-family disputes or conflicts arising during or after the consultancy process.
- Financial losses resulting from market changes or external economic factors, even if FBT provided strategic governance advice.
6. Termination of Access
FBT reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our web-based tools immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or are using the platform for unauthorized purposes (such as data scraping or intellectual property theft).
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
