Refund & Return Policy

At The FB Transitions (FBT), we provide highly specialized consultancy services, including web-based diagnostics, legal frameworks, and strategic succession planning. Due to the professional nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our proprietary intellectual property, we maintain a strict policy regarding payments.
1. Service-Based Nature
All services offered by FBT—including but not limited to Sustainability Audits, Leadership Mentoring, and Governance Frameworks—are categorized as professional services. Once an engagement has commenced or a report has been generated, the labor, expertise, and time invested by our Chartered Accountants and Legal Advisors cannot be “returned.”
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made to The FB Transitions (FBT) are non-refundable. * Web-Based Evaluations: Once a client is granted access to our proprietary web-based diagnostic tools or a “Sustainability Audit” is initiated, the fee for that service is considered fully earned and is non-refundable.
- Consultancy Packages: Fees paid for fixed-term consultancy or milestone-based projects are non-refundable, regardless of whether the client chooses to complete the transition process.
3. Cancellations
- Consultancy Projects: If a client wishes to terminate a long-term engagement before completion, they may do so according to the terms of their specific Service Agreement; however, no refunds will be issued for payments already processed or for work already performed up to the date of cancellation.
- Scheduled Sessions: For governance or mentoring sessions, we require at least [48 hours] notice for rescheduling. Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the forfeiture of the fee for that specific session.
4. Digital Deliverables
Reports, frameworks, and legal document templates provided by FBT are considered digital goods. Since these items are intangible and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, all sales of digital reports and diagnostics are final.
5. Commitment to Excellence
While we do not offer refunds, FBT is committed to the success of your family business. If you are dissatisfied with a specific deliverable or the quality of an audit, we encourage you to contact your assigned consultant within [7 days] of receiving the report. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, clarify findings, or rectify errors to ensure the service meets our professional standards.
